Pivoted off the schema-swap plan. Forensic walk of the live site found that the new sitemap was never submitted to GSC after the rebuild — that's why the suburb pages weren't indexing. Locked the local upgrade pass: embedded maps, hyper-localised content block, Google Partner badge, reviews embed, internal-link cleanup. GMB automation shipped autonomously by Gayan. Sitemap submission worked: case studies, industry hubs, and suburb pages (Mill Park) all indexed. SEO machine is now running on its own. The session turned at minute 26 — Gayan opened the door on positioning. Locked the next direction: one niche, one repeatable GHL-powered package ($400-500/mo + ads add-on), built on PMGS domain, seeded via 100-130 past-client reactivation.
