Fresh project, git-tracked, folder structure modelled on the Command Center. Business context, services, 20 suburbs, OptWeb reference, URL and redirect rules loaded into a real CLAUDE.md.

First agentic win

Claude Code audits pmgs.com.au against GSC. Output: prioritised redirect map for the inverted URL structure and a triage of the 113 404s, handed to the Sri Lanka team by Friday.

Agency-scale workflow

Subagents for parallel research, context discipline (compact at 50%, lessons.md, /handoff). A pattern replicable for future tradie clients without context collapse.

ModelOptWeb (optweb.com.au), long-tail industry pages like “SEO for asbestos removal”. The pattern to mirror, not Shout Digital.
