Close the schema gap
All four hubs ship ProfessionalService as the local type. Swap in the industry-specific @types live: MedicalBusiness, AutoDealer, ChildCare, OnlineStore. Smallest fix, biggest entity-clarity signal.

The four-industry rebuild is live. Charindu shipped most of the checklist. Today we close the gaps: industry-specific schema, the missing 3rd blogs, the e-commerce split, and the measurement plumbing that lets us prove this moved the needle.
All four hubs ship ProfessionalService as the local type. Swap in the industry-specific @types live: MedicalBusiness, AutoDealer, ChildCare, OnlineStore. Smallest fix, biggest entity-clarity signal.
Four blogs still owed (1 per industry). E-commerce hub still co-mingled with retail. Lock owners and dates this session — not after.
Baseline GSC screenshots, hub re-indexing submissions, disavow file. Without these we can't read the 2–3 week delta we promised in Session 02.
Email claimed videos + linking + “a few other changes.” Raw HTML shows much more: FAQPage, Service, Review/AggregateRating, OfferCatalog, BreadcrumbList all live on all four hubs. Rich-result eligibility on day one.
Session 02 flagged Claude-invented FAQs. The new ones are PAA-grounded and sector-true: AHPRA Section 133 testimonials, Carsales dependency, CCS thresholds, Shopify AOV. This is what the rebuild was for.
Greater Geelong Medical Centre case study (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads) all reachable from the healthcare hub. Plus Next Gen Dental. The cluster is real, not a mock.
One YouTube embed per hub. Confirmed via raw HTML (the fetch tool missed them because of lazy-load). Internal linking + dwell-time signal both improved.
Every hub ships ProfessionalService as the local-business type. Valid, but a missed entity signal. Each industry has a purpose-built Schema.org type. One-line fix in the schema component, four pages updated.
Each cluster has 2 of 3 supporting blogs. Four blogs total still missing. Was this descope, capacity, or prompt failure? Need the answer before scaling the model.
H2 still reads “eCommerce & Retail Marketing.” Case studies include Pacific Sensor Technologies and Hitech Power Solutions — industrial B2B, not DTC. Session 02 item 4 asked for a clean split.
No baseline GSC screenshots taken. No re-indexing requests visible. No disavow file referenced. Without these we cannot honestly read the 2–3 week delta we promised. This is the single highest-risk gap.
Open the audit table together. Acknowledge Charindu shipped the cluster real. Frame today as closing four specific gaps, not a redo.
Open the schema component. Patch MedicalBusiness / AutoDealer / ChildCare / OnlineStore. Deploy. Validate one URL in Rich Results Test before we move on.
Diagnose why: capacity, prompt clarity, or descope? Set hard delivery date and writer per blog. Re-watch the “context for content” walkthrough if prompts were the blocker.
Decide: collapse retail into e-commerce, or split into a second dedicated retail hub? Rewrite H2 either way. Filter case studies to true DTC only. Update internal links.
Take the GSC baseline screenshots in-session. Submit all four hub URLs for re-indexing in GSC. Spec the disavow file (PBN-era cleanup). LinkedIn post status check.
Week 5–6 outcome originally. Confirm the editor pipeline assumption, the GHL cross-post wiring, and what the first “case-study-as-video” cut looks like for next session.
Lock homework. Drop recap link + Fathom by EOD.
